1/2 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (10 3/4 oz)
1/4 cup Milk
2  Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing, finely crushed
1 tbsp Margarine, melted
1/2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley or dried parlsey flakes (opt)
 tablespoon & 1 tsp Lemon juice (opt)

Directions:
  • In shallow dish, combine 1/4 milk and 1/3 cup of soup.
  • On waxed paper, lightly coat chicken with flour and dip into soup.
  • On another piece ow waxed paper, coat chicken with stuffing.
  • On baking sheet, arrange chicken.
  • Drizzle with margarine.
  • Bake at 400 deg F 20 mins or up to chicken is no longer pink

Directions:
  • Heat tortillas in pan, this will make them easy to fold.
  • Spread 1 tbsp sour cream on each tortilla.
  • Spread 1/8 of chicken on half tortilla.

  • Fold over, preheat on medium for 3 mins.
  • Flip over, preheat for additional 3 mins until cheese is melted.

  • Properly clean & wash chicken then pat dry.

1 package zesty herb marinade
1 teaspoon  grated orange rind
1/4 cup  orange juice
1/4 cup  vegetable oil
2 pounds  skinned and boned chicken breasts or thighs
FOR THE SESAME VINAIGRETTE:
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil
2 tablespoons black or white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup water

Directions:
  • Step 1. Cook the Chicken.
    • Toss together first 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup water in a shallow dish or large zip-top plastic freezer bag. 
    • Add chicken, turning to coat. 
    • Cover or seal, and chill 15 mins, turning occasionally. 
    • Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
    • Grill chicken, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350 deg F to 400 deg F) 6 up to 8 mins on each side or until done.

1. 1 can Fat free cream of mushroom soup
2. 1 can Rotel tomatoes
3. 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
4. 1 can (8 oz.) Tomato sauce
5. 1 large Onion
6. 1 package Spaghetti
7. 1 large Bell pepper
8. 1/2 stick Butter
9. 1 16 oz. Mexican Velveeta cheese
Directions:
  • Boil the chicken breasts in a large pan, reserving the water.
  • While the chicken is boiling, melt the butter in a large deep skillet and saute the onion and pepper until translucent. 
  • Add the soup,tomato sauce, tomatoes, & sliced Velveeta cheese to the onion & peppers & heat & toss until everything is warm and then set the mixture aside. 
  • When the chicken is done, remove to a plate to cool & bring the water to a boil. 
  • Break the spaghetti into 3 or 4 inch pieces & cook according to package directions. 
  • While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the chicken into bite sized pieces & add to the cheese mix &  soup in the skillet, stirring to mix well. 
  • Strain the spaghetti and rinse it with cool water and then add it to the chicken mixture, stirring to mix well. 
  • Turn all into a large baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 300° F for 60 mins .
  • This is a heavy dish, so a light side dish such as a vegetable or salad would be good with this, but really it''s a meal by itself.

  •  Make dressing ahead of time to marinate flavors. 
  • Refrigerate, but take out of refrigerator as chicken is grilling & let sit out to wait for salad.
  • To make dressing:
    • Whisk together the  1/2 cup cilantro,1/4 cup lime juice, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar,  1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin, & 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. 
    • Add 1/3 cup of oil in a light stream while whisking until emulsified.
     
  •  In a small bowl, combine  2 cloves minced garlic,2 tablespoons of oil,  1 teaspoon of ground cumin,1 teaspoon of chili powder,  1/2 teaspoon of salt & 1 teaspoon of dried oregano. 
  • Brush all over sides of chicken to coat.
  • Let marinate in refrigerator for an hour. 
  • Lightly oil the grate of your grill to prevent sticking.
  • Grill chicken over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.
  • Once cooked, let chicken sit for ten mins to rest while preparing remaining salad ingredients. 
  • Once cooled or brought to warm, slice on the diagonal.
  • Take out any of your favorite corn tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, black olives, shredded cheddar or mexican cheese, sliced avocado, lime wedges, & romaine lettuce.

7. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


Directions:

Step 1
  • Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder and black pepper in 2 qt.
  • shallow baking dish. Top with chicken.
  • Sprinkle chicken with additional pepper.
Step 2
  •  Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 F degree for 45 min.
  • or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
Step 3
  • Uncover, sprinkle cheese over chicken, the cheese melts from the heat of the chicken. 
Step 4
  • For a nice addition stir in 2 cups of fresh or canned, or frozen vegetables into soup mixture before topping with chicken.

7. 16 ounces (4 c) Chicken broth
8. tomatoes
9. 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
10. 1 tsp Ground cumin
11. 1 tsp Chili powder
12. 4 tbs Flour
13. 0.5 tsp Hot pepper sauce
14. 0.5 cup Water

Directions:
Step 1
  • In a large saucepan, cook the onion and the garlic in the oil until the onion is softened.
  • Add the chilies, tomatoes with their juice, broth, lemon pepper, Worcestershire, chili powder, cumin, pepper sauce, chicken, and cilantro.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the flour with the water and whisk it to mix well.
  • Stir the flour mixture into the soup and bring it back to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the sour cream, salt, and pepper and garnish each portion with the tortilla strips.
