Ingredients:
10 2/3 oz shredded cheese
1 1/3 can chili beans
2/3 can 8oz  tomato sauce
2/3 tsp chili powder
1 1/3 lb ground beef
8  flour tortillas


Directions:
  1. Scamble ground beef in skillet until brown
  2. Add tomato sauce, chili powder and 1/2 cup water, stir. Simmer until is evaporeted
  3. Mush Up beans to paste in pan, heat and set aside.
  4. Spread 2 tbsp mashed beans on tortilla
  5. Take 1/4 cup of ground beef and spread on 1 tortilla
  6. Add shredded cheese.
  7. Fold tortilla over 1/3 of the way.
  8. Fold and over then complete rolling.
  9. Repeat until all tortillas are used up.
  10. Add a little oil to skillet. Place burrito folded side down
  11. Fry until golden, turn reapet on other side.

1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flour or corn starch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
4  flour tortillas,  8 inch size
3  ripe pears, peeled and chopped

Directions:
  1. Chop pear, put in 4 quart sauce pan.
  2. Fill with enough water to cover pears.
  3. Add reamining ingredients, stir well
  4. Simmer on medium haet until pears are tender
  5. Stir in 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
  6. Simmer until mixture is thick.
  7. Take one tortilla, place 1/3 cup pear mixture on tortilla
  8. Fold ends over then roll up
  9. Repeat until all tortillas are used up
  10. Place burritos folded side down in cast iron skillet, heat until golden on one side.
  11. flip over, brown in other side
  12. serve warm.

Ingredients:
2 box of your favorite brownie mix-fudgy brownies work best for this recipe.

For the Filling:
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 tbsp sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
2  8 oz package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
  • Mix brownie mix according to package directions.
  • Spread 3/4 cup of brownie better into a greased 8*8 pan.
  • Mix filling ingredients with mixer until well combine.
  • Spoon filling over brownie better and spread evenly, reserving a couple tbsp for topping.
  • Pour remaining brownie better over pumpkin filling and spead evenly.
  • Add remaining tbsp of the filling on top by tsp.
  • Take a butter knife or skewer and drag across entire pan back and forth and then back and forth the opposite side of the pan to create a desing.
  • Cook according to the package for brownie mix until toothpick insered comes out clean.
  • Cool and cut to serve.

2 stick of butter, softened
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
  • In Small bowl combine raisins and water. Place in microwave and cook for 1,5 mins on high. let stand 10 mins and then drain completely.
  • Meanwhile. Heat oven 350 deg F and prepare baking sheet by greasing with butter or cookie spray.
  • in a large bowl combine butter and sugars. Using a beater blend until creamy.
  • Add vanilla and eggs and beat again until well mixed.
  • In a seperate bowl. Sift together flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.

  • Leave to cool on baking sheets for about 3 mins. Then tranfer to wire cooling racks to cool completely.

5 cup cocoa powder (if using white chocolate use icing sugar)
5 tbsp favourite port, whiskey or vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup & 1 tbsp favourite jam/preserve
8 cup favourite chocolate (milk, white or dark)


Direcrtions:
  1. Melt half chocolate in a bowl over boiling water or on a low setting in the microwave.
  2. Add the liquid and jam. Toss until completely.
  3. Put in the fridge for half hour until firm.
  4. Dust your hands with cocoa powder and using a tsp, get a half golf ball sized amount and roll in your hands. If the mix is too  loose then do you best then freeze for an hour then reball for a smoother rounder finish.
  5. Melt the other half of chocolate. Sieve the cocoa powder into a shallow  bowl.
  6. Roll the balls to lightly cover in cocoa. The using a toothpick to hold them, cover in melted chocolate and place apart on a plate.
  7. Decorate as you cover them before the chocolate harder. Leave to harder in a cool place but putting in the fridge will make them look dull.

  2. Melt butter in top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling water. 
  3. In a bowl. prepare the better by mixing the flour, egg, milk, egg yolks, granutale sugar (1 table spoon), and salt. 
  4. Blend well. 
  5. Prehete a 6 inch skillet or crepe pan and brush it with melted butter.
  6. Pour in about 3 tbsp of the butter and tilt the pan to spread better over entire bottom.
