Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe2 Servings
1/3 cup Sour cream
3 tbsp milk
4 tsp Cheddar
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp Salt
2 medium Baked potatoes
2 tsp Bacon bits

  • Bake Potatoes at 425° F  for 40 up to45 mins or until tender. 
  • Allow to cool to the touch. Ina a bowl, combine , milk, sour cream salt & Parmesan cheese. 
  • Cut a thin slice off the top of potatoes; carefully spoon out the pulp, leaving a thin shell. 
  • Mash pulp with sour cream mixture; stuff shells. 
  • Sprinkle with bacon and cheddar cheese. 
  • Bake at 325° F for 20 mins or until heated through.
