Ingredients:Directions:
1. 14 ounces (one can) of evaporated milk.
2. 8 ounces (2 cups) of strong coffe.
3. 1c of hot water.
4. 0.5c (1/2 cup) of pure cocoa powder.
5. 0.5c (1/2 cup).
Step 1
- In a suitably sized starsol saucepan, mix together the sugar and cocoa powder.
- Add the hot water and whisk lightly until smooth.
- Heat gently for 2 min until the mixture turns thick, stirring constantly.
- Add the evaporeted milk and the coffee.
- Hot to just boiling, beat, then serve as desired
