Quick and Easy Dessert Recipes No Bake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup of ice
8  strawberries
1 large orange,  peeled and segmented
1  banana, cut up
2 cup fresh spinach

Directions:
  1. Add all ingredietns into blender, food processor, or a juicer. Blend until smooth.
  2. Very tasty. The yogurt gives it a nice tart flavor while the fruits lend sweetness.

1 cup crushed ice
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
2  pears (any variety)


Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients into blender food processor, or a juicer.
  2. Blend for 40-60 sec or until smooth.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup Ice Cubes
3  fresh banana
2  fresh cut mango

Directions:
  1. In blender add fresh mango and banana, sugar, milk dan ice cube mix until smooth and serve with cool whip and cherry.

How to Make Horchata de Melon (Cantaloupe Seed Drink)

How to Make Horchata de Melon

Ingredients:
Honey, to taste.
Pinch of salt.
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Seeds from 1 medium cantaloupe (about 1/2 c).
4 c water




Directions:
  • In a blender, grind the melon seed white 2 c of water until as smooth as possible.
  • Pour mixture through a strainer onto a pitcher.
  • Retrun the seed bits left on the stainer to the blender & mix white 2 more c water, salt, vanila & honey, to taste.
  • Strain this mixture into the pitcher as well.
  • Toss well, & add more honey to taste if desired.
  • Serve chillled over ice.

Easy Drink Recipe Horchata with Chocolate and Pumkin Seeds
Ingredients:
1/2 c blanched almonds.
1/2 c pepitas.
1 c long-grain white rice.
5 1/2 c water.
1 1/2 ounce dark chocolate.
2 ounces dark brown sugar.
1 vanilla bean
1 2-inch pice cinnamon bark.
Additional  ground cinnamon & sugar, to taste.

Directions:
Step 1
  • Grind the rice, pepitas & almond to a coarse powder & pour into a bowl.
  • To the powder, add seeds from 1 vanilla & cinnamon dark.
  • Pour in 3 1/2 c water, toss, & cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
  • Let sit overnight.
Step 2
  • The next day, pour the watery rice and nut mixture into a medium saucepan & warm it over a low flame.
  • Stir in 1 1/2 ounces chopped very dark chocolate, 2 ounce dark brown sugar, & 2 c water, mixing until all well combined.(You may wish to add more sugar & cinnamon)
  • Once the liquid is even in color & just barely simmering, remove the saucepan fromheat & let it come to room temperature.
  • Then pour the contents into a bowl, cover, & let chill for at least 180 mins (3 hours).
Step 3
  • Ounce it has cooled, strain the horchata-which should be a milky, deppled brown-through a fine-mesh sive & and into a pitcher, talking care to press the last bits of liquid from the rice & seed solids.
  • If some nutty kernels make their way into the pitcher, don't worry; the will only enhance the drink's wonderfully thick texture.
  • To serve, pour over ice cube and garnish with a piece of cinnamon bark, Enjoy immediately


Drink Recipe Ginger Tea

Ingrediets: 1. 1.5c (1 1/2 cups) water.
2. 0.5 teaspoon (1/2 tsp) lemon juice.
3. 1 teaspoon honey or as per taste.
4. Ginger- 1inch piece, peeled and crushed.



Directions:
  
Step 1
  • Bring the water to a boil over medium heat
Step 2
  • Reduce heat and allow it to boiling.
Step 3
  • Add ginger and cover the pan.
Step 4
  • Boil for 6  until 8 minutes
Step 5
  • Strain the water
Step 6
  • Add honey and lomon juice
  • Enjoy while hot

Ingredients:

1. 14 ounces (one can) of evaporated milk.
2. 8 ounces (2 cups) of strong coffe.
3. 1c of hot water.
4. 0.5c (1/2 cup) of pure cocoa powder.
5. 0.5c (1/2 cup).
Directions:

Step 1
  • In a suitably sized starsol saucepan, mix together the sugar and cocoa powder.
Step 2
  • Add the hot water and whisk lightly until smooth.
Step 3
  • Heat gently for 2 min until the mixture turns thick, stirring constantly.
Step 4
  • Add the evaporeted milk and the coffee.
Step 5
  • Hot to just boiling, beat, then serve as desired
