Kai's "detox" Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup of ice
8 strawberries
1 large orange, peeled and segmented
1 banana, cut up
2 cup fresh spinach

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
2 pears (any variety)

1 cup milk
1 cup Ice Cubes
3 fresh banana
2 fresh cut mango

Ingredients:

- Add all ingredietns into blender, food processor, or a juicer. Blend until smooth.
- Very tasty. The yogurt gives it a nice tart flavor while the fruits lend sweetness.
2 Servings
Ingredients:
1 cup crushed ice
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
2 pears (any variety)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into blender food processor, or a juicer.
- Blend for 40-60 sec or until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
