Ingredients:
1. 2 Pound Ground Beef
2. 2 Pound Ziti
3. 1 1/2 Pound Mozzarella
4. 3 quart Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
5. 2 large Eggs
6. 32 ounces Ricotta Cheese
Directoins:
- Heat the oven to 350 degree F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the ziti.
- Cook Al dente (do not over cook). About 10 minutes, drain the pasta.
- In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat. Drain off fat and add spaghetti sauce.
- Simmer for about 15 min.
- Place the ziti In bowl.
- Mix with the eggs, Ricotta and half of the shredded mozzarella.
- In a lightly sprayed 10x15-inch casserole dish.
- Place half the pasta in.
- Add the spaghetti sauce and spread Mozzarella cheese and Ricotta cheese repeat layers till Mozzarella cheese is on top.
- Bake uncovered, 30 min to 40 min, until the casserole bubbles on the edges.
