1 cup Dry bread crumbs
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dried basil

  • Heat oven up to 350° F. 
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, blend the garlic & olive oil.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Parmesan, bread crumbs, pepper, basil & cheese . 
  • Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture.
  • Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, & top with any remaining bread crumb mixture.

Taco- Dish Recipe; Layered Taco Casserole

8 Servings:
3/4 cup Water
2 cups cottage cheese
1 pound Ground beef or pork
1 package McCormick original taco seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Onion or sliced green onion
12 6-inch Corn tortillas
4 cups Lettuce
2 medium Tomatoes
4 tablespoons Sour cream

  • Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
  • Lightly coat a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • In  skillet cook meat until brown. 
  • Drain fat. Toss water, taco seasoning & garlic powder. 
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 mins or to desired consistency; set aside.
  • In mixing bowl combine onion., cheddar cheese and cottage cheese
  • Place 6 tortillas in prepared pan. 
  • Top with half of the meat and dollop with half of the cheese mixture. 
  • Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered for 40 up to 45 mins or until heated through.
  • Top with tomatoes & lettuce. Serve with sour cream, if desired.

1 large egg,
4 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine,
1 3/4 cups spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese

  • Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. 
  • Dip chicken in egg, & dredge in breadcrumbs.
  • Cook chicken in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken; bring to a boil. 
  • Cover, reduce heat, & simmer 10 mins.
  • Sprinkle with cheeses & parsley; cover and simmer 5 mins, or until cheeses melt.

 1. 28 oz. Tomatoes
 2. 13 oz. Tomato sauce
 3. 1 tbsp Sugar
 4. 1 pound Sweet Italian Sausage
 5. 1/2 cup Onion
 6. 4 cloves Garlic
 7. 1 1/2 tsp Basil leaves
 8. 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
9. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
10. 1/2 tbsp Salt
11. 4 Eggs
12. 1 1/2 pounds Mozzarella
13. 3 oz. Mozzarella
14. 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
15. 1/4 tsp Black pepper
16. 12 noodles Lasagna Noodles
17. 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
18. 4 oz. Mushrooms

  • In a Dutch oven cook garlic, onion, & mushrooms over medium heat to  browned.
  • Once the garlic,onions & mushrooms are browned, mix in and cook the sausage up to browned.
  • Toss crushed tomatoes & tomato sauce. 
  • Season with  1.5 teaspoons freshly chopped basil, 1 tablespoon sugar,  1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon salt, & 2 tablespoons parsley (optional). 
  • Simmer covered, for about 90 mins, stirring occasionally.
  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. 
  • Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 up to 10 mins. 
  • Drain noodles, & rinse with cold water. (or cook using hot water in a pan, which is much easier)
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta  eggs, cheese, remaining parsley (optional), & 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • Heat oven 357° F.
  • To assemble, spread 1.5 cups of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. 
  • Arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over meat sauce. 
  • Spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture. 
  • Top with a third of mozzarella cheese slices.
  • Spoon 1.5 cups meat sauce over mozzarella, and sprinkle with 1/4  cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Add remaining 6 lasagna noodles lengthwise over meat sauce. 
  • Cover with remainder of ricotta cheese mixture, one third of mozzarella cheese slices, then the remainder of the meat sauce, & then top with remaining one third mozzarella cheese slices and Parmesan cheese. 
  • Add extra shredded mozzarella cheese to put this dish way over the top.
  • Cover with foil. 
  • To prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray, or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 mins. 
  • Remove foil, & bake an additional 20 mins (don't overheat!).
  • Cool for 15 mins before pigging out!

1. 1 can Fat free cream of mushroom soup
2. 1 can Rotel tomatoes
3. 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
4. 1 can (8 oz.) Tomato sauce
5. 1 large Onion
6. 1 package Spaghetti
7. 1 large Bell pepper
8. 1/2 stick Butter
9. 1 16 oz. Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • Boil the chicken breasts in a large pan, reserving the water.
  • While the chicken is boiling, melt the butter in a large deep skillet and saute the onion and pepper until translucent. 
  • Add the soup,tomato sauce, tomatoes, & sliced Velveeta cheese to the onion & peppers & heat & toss until everything is warm and then set the mixture aside. 
  • When the chicken is done, remove to a plate to cool & bring the water to a boil. 
  • Break the spaghetti into 3 or 4 inch pieces & cook according to package directions. 
  • While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the chicken into bite sized pieces & add to the cheese mix &  soup in the skillet, stirring to mix well. 
  • Strain the spaghetti and rinse it with cool water and then add it to the chicken mixture, stirring to mix well. 
  • Turn all into a large baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 300° F for 60 mins .
  • This is a heavy dish, so a light side dish such as a vegetable or salad would be good with this, but really it''s a meal by itself.

1. 1/2 c Green pepper
2. 1/2 c Onion
3. 1 pound Ground beef
4. 2/3 c Water
5. 3 c mexican cheese
6. 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
7. 1 15-oz can Black beans
8. 1 14.5-ounces can Mexican diced tomatoes
9. 6 wh Flour tortillas
10. 1 16-ounces can Refried beans
  • In a large skillet, cook the onion, beef & green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. 
  • Add taco seasoning & water; bring to a boil. 
  • Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 2 mins. 
  • Stir in the tomatoes & black beans. 
  • Simmer, uncovered, for ten mins. 
  • Place 2 tortillas in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. 
  • Spread with half of the refried beans and beef mixture; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. 
  • Repeat layers. 
  • Top with remaining tortillas and cheese. 
  • Cover & bake at 350 degrees. for 25-30 mins or until heated through and cheese is melted.

1. 1 can (12 ounces) Cream of mushroom soup
2. 2 c Cheddar & jack cheese
3. 2 4-ounces can Green Chilies
4. 12 ea Corn tortillas
5. 1 12-ounces can Cream of Chicken Soup
6. 1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
7. 1 ea White Onion
8. 2 12-ounces cans Enchilada Sauce
  • Brown hamburger and onion. 
  • Pour off fat. Cut tortillas into 1" squares and mix with all the other ingredients except cheese in a big bowl.
  •  Add drained hamburger. 
  • Mix & pour into a 9x13 glass casserole. Spread cheese evenly over mixture. 
  • Bake covered at 375 degrees F for 60  mins. 
  • Serve with Salsa & Sour cream.

1. 4 cups Rice
2. 1 12-ounces can Cream of celery soup
3. 4 Boneless chicken breasts
4. 1 12-ounces can Cream of chicken soup
5. 2 c Broccoli
6. 1 12-ounces can Broccoli and cheese soup
7. 1 c Velveeta cheese
8. 2 c cheese

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Boil chicken breasts with your seasoning preferences & allow to cool.
  • Cube chicken breasts and set aside.
  • Mix together cream of chicken, cream of celery, & cheese soups & broccoli.
  • Layer cooked rice at the bottom of casserole pan.
  • Mix the broccoli & chicken into the soup.
  • Sprinkle the cubed cheese over the rice.
  • Spoon soup,chicken, & broccoli mixture on top of the rice layer.
  • Sprinkle top with shreaded cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted & browned.

Paste Resipe: Beef Penne Pasta Casserole


1. 1/3 c red wine
2. 1 lbs penne pasta,
3. 4 c (8 ounces) Lean ground beef
4. 1 small onion,
5. 1 tbs instant beef bouillon
6. 2 c Water
7. Salt to taste
8. 2 6-ounces cans Italian tomato paste
9. 2 c mozzarella cheese

Step 1
  •  Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Saute ground beef and onion in large saucepan, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink.
Step 2
  • Add water, wine, tomato paste and bouillon; cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 mins or until flavors are blended.
Step 3
  •  Layer ingredients as follows in an ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish: 1/2 sauce, 1/2 pasta, and 1/2 cheese.
  • Repeat layers and cover.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 mins or until heated through and cheese is melted. 
  • Season with salt.

Main Course Recipe Baked Ziti


1. 2 Pound Ground Beef
2. 2 Pound Ziti
3. 1 1/2 Pound Mozzarella
4. 3 quart Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
5. 2 large Eggs
6. 32 ounces Ricotta Cheese

  • Heat the oven to 350 degree F.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the ziti. 
  • Cook Al dente (do not over cook). About 10 minutes, drain the pasta.
  • In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat. Drain off fat and add spaghetti sauce.
  • Simmer for about 15 min.
  • Place the ziti In  bowl.
  • Mix with the eggs,  Ricotta and half of the shredded mozzarella.
  • In a lightly sprayed 10x15-inch casserole dish.
  • Place half the pasta in.
  • Add the spaghetti sauce and spread Mozzarella cheese and Ricotta cheese repeat layers till Mozzarella cheese is on top.
  • Bake uncovered, 30 min to 40 min, until the casserole bubbles on the edges.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake


1. 1 1/3 c Water
2. 0.5 tsp Onion powder
3. 1 10.75-oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
4. 1.5 pounds Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
5. 3/4 c Rice
6. 4 ounces (1 c) Cheddar Cheese
7. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


Step 1
  • Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder and black pepper in 2 qt.
  • shallow baking dish. Top with chicken.
  • Sprinkle chicken with additional pepper.
Step 2
  •  Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 F degree for 45 min.
  • or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
Step 3
  • Uncover, sprinkle cheese over chicken, the cheese melts from the heat of the chicken. 
Step 4
  • For a nice addition stir in 2 cups of fresh or canned, or frozen vegetables into soup mixture before topping with chicken.
