 Quick and Easy Mexican Recipe Taco Lasagna

Ingrediets:
(c=cup)
1. 1/2 c Green pepper
2. 1/2 c Onion
3. 1 pound Ground beef
4. 2/3 c Water
5. 3 c mexican cheese
6. 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
7. 1 15-oz can Black beans
8. 1 14.5-ounces can Mexican diced tomatoes
9. 6 wh Flour tortillas
10. 1 16-ounces can Refried beans
Directions:
  • In a large skillet, cook the onion, beef & green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. 
  • Add taco seasoning & water; bring to a boil. 
  • Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 2 mins. 
  • Stir in the tomatoes & black beans. 
  • Simmer, uncovered, for ten mins. 
  • Place 2 tortillas in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. 
  • Spread with half of the refried beans and beef mixture; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. 
  • Repeat layers. 
  • Top with remaining tortillas and cheese. 
  • Cover & bake at 350 degrees. for 25-30 mins or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  •  YIELD: 9 servings.
