How to Make Pear Jam

Ingredients:
1. 1 Package Ball fruit pectin
2. 5 cup Sugar
3. 1/4 tsp Allspice
4. 4 cup Chopped cored & peeled pears
5. 1 tsp Cinnamon
6. 1/2 tsp Ground clove
7. 1/2 tsp Ginger


Directions:
  • In large kettle pectin & pears, stir well. 
  • Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil, stirring constantly. 
  • Add spices  & sugar. 
  • Bring mixture to a boil once again, stirring constantly. 
  • Boil 1 mins & remove from heat. 
  • Ladle mixture into hot jam jars, cap & processing in boiling water bath for 10 mins. 
  • Jars will create a seal when they start to cool. Enjoy!
