Quick Easy Oatmeal Cookie Recipes
Ingredients:
1 cup Nuts; chopped
1 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Ground allspice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Oatmeal (not inst)
1 tsp Vanilla
2 large Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Margarine

Directions:
  • Heat oven to 350 deg F 
  • Grease some cookie sheets.
  • Combine the sugar and butter in a mixing bowl. and beat until trhoroughly blended.
  • Add the vanilla and eggs beat until light and fluffy, then stir in the oatmeal.
  • Stir and toss together the baking soda, flour, salf, baking powder allspice and cinnamon, and add them to the firs mixture along with the milk.
  • Beat until completely mixed.
  • Stir in the raisins and nuts.
  • Drop the dough by heaping tspful onto the prepared cookie sheets, placing them about 2 " apart and bake for 12 mins, or until the edges are brown.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup dry quick oats ( not instant, uncooked)
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
2  eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 stick of butter, softened
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
  • In Small bowl combine raisins and water. Place in microwave and cook for 1,5 mins on high. let stand 10 mins and then drain completely.
  • Meanwhile. Heat oven 350 deg F and prepare baking sheet by greasing with butter or cookie spray.
  • in a large bowl combine butter and sugars. Using a beater blend until creamy.
  • Add vanilla and eggs and beat again until well mixed.
  • In a seperate bowl. Sift together flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
  • Add flour mix to butter mix and mix well
  • Add oats and mix well then fold in raisins
  • Drop by heaping tbsp onto prepared cookie/baking sheets. Make sure u leave enough room for them to spread out. about 2 inches apart
  • Bake for 12 mis. or until golden brown.
  • Leave to cool on baking sheets for about 3 mins. Then tranfer to wire cooling racks to cool completely.
  • Serve....
