Sugar Cookie Recipe

1 tsp Vanilla
2 large Eggs, beaten
1 cup Butter
1 pinch Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
3 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Sugar

6 tbsp Buttermilk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 cup White sugar
2 Egg
2 cup Softened butter
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Baking soda
5 1/2 cup All purpose flour

Ingredients:
1 tsp Vanilla

1 1/2 cup Sugar
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 deg F.
- Sift dry ingredients togeter.
- Work butter into the dry mixture with a pastry cutter until it become coarse grains.
- Add eggs and vanilla mxs well until everything is blended. You can an electric mixer at thie point, but it's done by hand.
- Roll out dough to about 1/8 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter.
- Space cookie 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake 8 up to 10 mins and cool on rack.
- Cool completely before froasting.

Ingredients:
2 Sprinkles
6 tbsp Buttermilk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 cup White sugar
2 Egg
2 cup Softened butter
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Baking soda
5 1/2 cup All purpose flour
Directions:
- Heat over 375 deg F
- In small bowl, stir flour, baking soda and baking powder.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Grandually blend in dry ingredients.
- Add anough of the buttermilk to moisten the dough and make it soft, not wet
- Roll rounded tsp of dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- With a brush of fingers, moisten the top of each cookie with the reamining buttermilk and slightly flatten the topof each cookie.
- Sprinkel sprinkels on the cookie
- bake 8 up to 10 mins or until slightly golden.
- Let stand for 2 mins before removing to cook on rack
