8  egg whites
3 cup skim milk
4  apple made into applesauce*
2 tsp salt (I omit)
12 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp baking posder
2 cup flour
4 cup cornmeal

Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 425 deg F
  2. Grease a pan (I used a medium vision pot sprayed lightly with pan) and put in oven to preheat.
  3. Mix all ingredients, pour batter into heated pan and bake for 20 min.
  4. To make applesauce quick I cut up 1 apple and put in bowl with a bit or water and then microwave on high for 2 mins.
  5. Then I use my handblender to make it into sauce.
  6. Make sure you do this in a tall, thin container as it tends to spit up and hot apple sauce really burns! One apple makes about 1/3 of a cup  so you could use storebought for this.

Directions:
  1. Scamble ground beef in skillet until brown
  2. Add tomato sauce, chili powder and 1/2 cup water, stir. Simmer until is evaporeted
  3. Mush Up beans to paste in pan, heat and set aside.
  4. Spread 2 tbsp mashed beans on tortilla
  5. Take 1/4 cup of ground beef and spread on 1 tortilla
  6. Add shredded cheese.
  7. Fold tortilla over 1/3 of the way.
  8. Fold and over then complete rolling.
  9. Repeat until all tortillas are used up.
  10. Add a little oil to skillet. Place burrito folded side down
  11. Fry until golden, turn reapet on other side.

  3. Add reamining ingredients, stir well
  4. Simmer on medium haet until pears are tender
  5. Stir in 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
  6. Simmer until mixture is thick.
  7. Take one tortilla, place 1/3 cup pear mixture on tortilla
  8. Fold ends over then roll up
  9. Repeat until all tortillas are used up
  10. Place burritos folded side down in cast iron skillet, heat until golden on one side.
  11. flip over, brown in other side
  12. serve warm.

5 cup cocoa powder (if using white chocolate use icing sugar)

  6. Roll the balls to lightly cover in cocoa. The using a toothpick to hold them, cover in melted chocolate and place apart on a plate.
  7. Decorate as you cover them before the chocolate harder. Leave to harder in a cool place but putting in the fridge will make them look dull.

    • To easily decorate cooled cookies, fill resealable plastic bag with prepared frosting. Seal bag and cut small corner off one of the bottom corners of bag. Roll down top of bag to squeeze frosting over cookies to decorate as desired.

Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 cup Sugar 1 cup Peanut Butter







Directions:
  • Heat Oven up to 350. Grease Cookie Sheet
  • Mix together all ingredients Sugar, Peanut Butter & Egg so that all ingredients are evenly disbursed. 
  • Roll mixture into half dollar sized balls. 
  • Place balls evenly on cookie sheet. 
  • Take a fork & press down on to ball & then press again the opposite way to somewhat flatten the ball. ( to get that nice crisscross pattern on the cookie) 
  • Place cookies in the oven & bake approximately 8 up to 12 minutes, depending on thickness of cookie. 
  • Let cookies cool down mostly before eating them to avoid breakage. 
  • This cookies are rich & hearty & everyone will love them.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Dried cranberries
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2/3 cup pecans

Directions:

  • Combine  cinnamon, baking powder, flour, salt & cloves & set aside.
  • Add sugar & cream butter.
  • Add vanilla & eggs  to the butter mixture.
  • Toss the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until thoroughly combined. If it is extremely sticky, mix well some extra flour.
  • Add currants & chopped nuts.
  • Make into loaves 1/2 inch high & 2 inches wide.
  • Bake in a 325° F oven for 25 mins or up to light brown.
  • Cool at least 5 mins, then slice into 1/2 inch thick slices with a serrated knife.
  • Lay slices on their side on a baking dish, and bake 10 mins or longer to dry slightly. If the slices are not dried after 10 or 15 mins, you can turn off the oven and leave them inside to dry without having to worry about them getting too dark.

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups bleached all-purpose flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 large Egg
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
1 large Egg yolk
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 package (12 oz) Semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut


Directions:
  • Place oven rack in lower-middle position and heat oven to 350° F.  
  • Spread nuts on rimmed baking sheet and bake until deep golden brown, 10 up to 15 mins. 
  • Transfer nuts to cutting board to cool; chop coarsely & set aside. 
  • Toast coconut on same rimmed baking sheet, stirring 2 until 3 times, up to light golden, about 5 until 7 minutes; set aside. (Keep a close eye on the coconut when toasting as it can burn quickly.) Lower oven temperature to 325° F.  
  • Lightly butter a 13- by 9-inch baking pan; set aside. 
  • If the pan is glass or Pyrex, turn the oven heat down to 300° F.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda & salt together in a medium bowl; set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk brown , melted butter & granulated sugars together until combined. 
  • Add egg yolk, egg, & vanilla & stir well. 
  • Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture until just combined. 
  • Do not overmix. 
  • Fold in chips, coconut, & nuts, if desired, & turn batter into prepared pan, smoothing top with spatula.
     
  • Bake until top is light golden brown, slightly firm to the touch, and edges start pulling away from sides of pan, about 25 up to 30 mins. 
  • Cool to room temperature on wire rack, 60 up to 120 mins.
    Transfer to cutting board, cut into bars & serve.

Ingredients:
1. 3 large Eggs
2. 1/4 cup Sugar
3. 2 cups milk
4. 3 2/3 cups Flour
5. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
6. 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
7. Vegetable oil



Directions:
  • Beat sugar & eggs together and then add the milk slowly--beat. 
  • Add the dry ingredients and beat until smooth & creamy.
  • Pour batter into a funnel and at the same time, use your finger to plug the hole. 
  • In a large cast iron pot, add 2 inches of oil to the bottom.
  • When the oil becomes hot, move your hand over the pot & slowly release your finger so the batter can start cooking.
  • Move the funnel around to make designs.
  • Brown on both sides--then immediately remove & drain extremely well.
  • Top with cinnamon sugar, or powdered sugar as a topping.

2. 3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
3. 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
4. 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
5. 1 tsp Salt
6. 2 cups Sugar
7. 1/3 cup milk
8. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
9. 2 large Eggs
10. 1 cup milk
11. 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
12. 2 tsp Vanilla extract
13. 1 cup hot coffee
14. 1 stick Butter or margarine
15. 2/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa
16. 3 cups Powdered sugar

Directions:
 Cake:
  • Heat oven 350° F & spray two 9 inch round baking pans with non stick cooking spray. 
  • Combine first 6 dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 
  • Add milk, eggs, vanilla & oil, & beat on medium speed for 2 mins. 
  • Toss hot coffee & stir well with a spoon (batter will be thin). 
  • Pour batter into pans & bake for 30 up to 35 mins or until wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 
  • Cool 10 mins & then remove from pans to wire racks. 
  • Cool completely before frosting.
Frosting:

  • Melt the butter & stir  cocoa. 
  • Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistancy. Add more milk, if needed. 
  • Toss vanilla.
