Ingrediets: 1. 1.5c (1 1/2 cups) water.
2. 0.5 teaspoon (1/2 tsp) lemon juice.
3. 1 teaspoon honey or as per taste.
4. Ginger- 1inch piece, peeled and crushed.
Directions:
Step 1
- Bring the water to a boil over medium heat
- Reduce heat and allow it to boiling.
- Add ginger and cover the pan.
- Boil for 6 until 8 minutes
- Strain the water
- Add honey and lomon juice
- Enjoy while hot
