Ingredients:

1. 16 ounces (4 cups) Cream Cheese.
2. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3. 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4. 1 tsp Onion flakes
5. 1/8 tsp Ground Pepper
6. 1 tsp Lemon Juice 
7. 1/8 tsp Salt
8. Pecans


 Directions:


Step 1
Measure first 7 ingredients into a bowl. Mash and mix together (mush together by hand is easiest).

Step 2
format (snape) into ball.

Step 3
Roll in nuts, wrap in saran wrap and chill until firm. Refine ball shape after chilled while still in wrap.

Step 4
  • Put cocktail knives and crackers nearby so guests can dig in.
  • Leftovers can be reshaped and rewrapped.
  • Freeze if not going to be used within a week.
Step 5
Variations:
  • Substitute Cayenne pepper for Black pepper.
  • Add 1 tablespoon. chopped green pepper and 1 tablespoon. chopped pimento.
  • Divide into 2 smaller balls and add peppers/pimento to one before rolling in nuts.
