Ingredients:
1. 2 ounces Sugar
2. 1 large Egg
3. 3 large Bananas
4. 0.5 tps Salt
5. 1 tsp Baking Powder
6. 1 tps Baking soda
7. 1/3 cup Butter
8. 3/4 cup All purpose flour

 Directions:
Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375 °F /190 °C 
Step 2
  • Mash bananas. Add slightly  egg and sugar and mix well.
  • Add the melted butter.
  • Make a well in the middle and add the dry ingredients.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3
  • Add also  brown sugar to the tops of the muffins before baking.
  • This made them crunchy on top, but I haven't tried it myself.
