1. 1 Egg
2. 1/2 c Butter
3. 1/2 c pecans
4. 1 c ripe bananas
5. 3 tbsp milk
6. 1 c Sugar
7. 2 c Flour
8. 1 tsp Baking Powder
9. 1/2 tsp Baking soda
10. 1 c Chocolate chips

- Heat oven to 350° F.
- Egg, cream sugar, butter together in big mixer bowl.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Set aside.
- Combine milk & bananas in little bowl & set aside.
- Sift flour, baking soda & baking powder in little bowl.
- Stir by hand into reserved creamed mixture alternately with reserved banana mixture until flour is just moistened.
- Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Grease 1 loaf pan.
- Turn batter into pan.
- Bake at 350° F for 60 mins, or up to toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 mins.
- Remove from pan.
- Cool on rack.
