Veggie:Butter-Roasted Carrots4 Serving
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups (2-inch) diagonally cut carrot
1 tablespoon butter melted
 




Directions:
  • Heat oven up to 425 deg F.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 deg F for 15 mins.
