Easy Beef Burritos

Ingredients:
10 2/3 oz shredded cheese
1 1/3 can chili beans
2/3 can 8oz tomato sauce
2/3 tsp chili powder
1 1/3 lb ground beef
8 flour tortillas

1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flour or corn starch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
4 flour tortillas, 8 inch size
3 ripe pears, peeled and chopped

Ingredients:

Directions:
- Scamble ground beef in skillet until brown
- Add tomato sauce, chili powder and 1/2 cup water, stir. Simmer until is evaporeted
- Mush Up beans to paste in pan, heat and set aside.
- Spread 2 tbsp mashed beans on tortilla
- Take 1/4 cup of ground beef and spread on 1 tortilla
- Add shredded cheese.
- Fold tortilla over 1/3 of the way.
- Fold and over then complete rolling.
- Repeat until all tortillas are used up.
- Add a little oil to skillet. Place burrito folded side down
- Fry until golden, turn reapet on other side.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar

- Chop pear, put in 4 quart sauce pan.
- Fill with enough water to cover pears.
- Add reamining ingredients, stir well
- Simmer on medium haet until pears are tender
- Stir in 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
- Simmer until mixture is thick.
- Take one tortilla, place 1/3 cup pear mixture on tortilla
- Fold ends over then roll up
- Repeat until all tortillas are used up
- Place burritos folded side down in cast iron skillet, heat until golden on one side.
- flip over, brown in other side
- serve warm.
